Raising money for the Haiti Earthquake Appeal

We are holding a Mind Body Spirit Afternoon on Saturday 27th March 2010 in St Mark’s Church Hall, Woodville Road, New Barnet, EN5 5NQ. Profits from the day will be donated to the DEC Haiti Earthquake Appeal

There will be holistic treatments to try, jewellery, aromatherapy gifts, crystals and aloe vera products & makeup to buy, a personal trainer on hand to demonstrate the Power Plate fitness equipment, plus one-to-one yoga, readings, greetings cards and more, including the opportunity to discuss setting up your own business as an Independent Phoenix Trader or Forever Living distributor.

Time:	1pm until 5pm
Entrance Fee:	£3 donation to the Haiti Earthquake Appeal.

Treatments: Chi Reflexology by Louise Exeter, Hot Stone Massage by Sharon Schwarz and Indian Head Massage & Reflexology by Shira Schiller.
Cost: £7 for a 15 minute treatment (£17 for 30 minute Hot Stone).

Refreshments: Healthy cakes, snacks, beverages and juices prepared by the locally renowned chef Caroline Stambolie of Carobakes.
